Welcome to Bangalore Stores. This website (bangalorestores.online) is owned and operated by Princess Silks Limited, trading as Bangalore Stores ("we", "us"). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all taxes (MRP).
  • Product colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen and lighting differences.
  • Stock changes weekly. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative or cancel that item with a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders

  • An order is confirmed once we accept it — you'll see the status in your account and hear from us on WhatsApp.
  • We may decline or cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected misuse; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI and other methods where offered).
  • Online payments are processed by secure, RBI-regulated payment providers. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
