Refund & Return Policy

Cancellations

• You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
• If you already paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns & exchanges

• Wrong size or a defect? Contact us within 7 days of deliveryand we'll arrange an exchange or return.
• Items must be unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Size exchanges are free — we'll send the right size once the original is received.

Refunds

• Approved refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.
• If a delivery fails and the order returns to us, we refund in full (excluding any COD charges, where applicable).
